- Our shop only accepts payment in Ringgit Malaysia for all products purchased.
- All other destinations will be subjected to delivery charges as stated in the schedule of delivery rates, unless specified with free delivery is included.
- We take no responsibility for damage caused by using our product. Responsibility will not be accepted occasioned by errors or by delay beyond our control.
Payment Terms
We accept various forms of payment modes e.g. cash transfer/ bank transfer/ and cheque. We will process your order immediately after the payments is confirmed cleared by our bank.
Shipping & Delivery
We usually deliver our goods within 3 working days using our panel of delivery service providers. If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a new delivery date or other instructions
Re-format OS Services
- We provide OS re-format service. Not hardware service.
- For customer with Genuine version windows or software, you may continue use on it. Without Genuine version windows or software customer, you will be given trial version.
- License antivirus software is giving a key which with a valid date.
- We are not responsible on the problems or damages on your computer hardware.
- Additional Software will be charge.
- We provide OS re-format service and installing software to customer needs, do not assume any technical and copyright disputes.
- This service is available in Miri, Sarawak.
- We have the rights to charge and add any term and condition all the time.
- Once you decide to get our service, that means you have to understand or learn more disclaimers and agree to bear all the factors.
Sales
- Item sold or posted is not refundable or exchangeable, we will make sure that everything is in good condition before sell or post.
- After make payment, please inform us of your order number, name, total amount, and remittance date and please keep your bank in slip (if any).
- Cancel/ Change Order: Should you need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately. We will accept the change/order if the goods have not been delivered.
- Prices shown are not included postage.
- Once you had make order means that you are agree with the term and condition stated above and the owner reserved the right to change it anytime.
- All pictures shown may be varying from the actual stock. Actual colors of the items might differ due to lighting or monitor resolution.
- If customer want to reserve an item, 50% of the actual price as deposit and item reserved cannot be cancel and payment is not refundable, except out of stock.
